Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to patient and customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Transfer calls to the concerned department based on the nature of the query.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide guidance on hospital services and processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Deliver courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Qualification
- PUC / Any Graduate.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
