We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated and experienced Sales Team leader for our Royal Enfield Dealership in Patel Nagar and Jakhan, Dehradun.
He/she will be responsible for managing employees work and leading team, understanding team needs, negotiating deals, maintaining customer relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Should be graduate with at least 1 year of experience in 2/4 wheeler sales.
- Should have good communication skills and pleasing personality.
- Should have valid driving license.
