Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop talent acquisition strategies, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and oversee smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance & Development: Design performance evaluation systems, track KPIs, and identify training needs to support staff growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll coordination, oversee benefits administration, and benchmark salary structures against industry standards.
- Compliance & Policy: Formulate organizational policies and ensure all HR practices strictly adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
- Culture & Retention: Champion company values, drive employee engagement initiatives, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
Pay: ₹15,509.83 - ₹54,453.71 per month
