Position: Assistant Professor – Community Health Nursing
Department: Nursing

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Community Health Nursing subjects to nursing students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct classroom and practical sessions.
- Guide and supervise students during community postings, field visits, and health camps.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic development activities.
- Conduct research, publish academic papers, and contribute to scholarly activities.
- Organize community health programs, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with Nursing Council guidelines.
- Attend faculty meetings, seminars, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in Community Health Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Teaching and/or clinical experience preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of community and public health practices.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise fieldwork and community-based projects.
- Research and academic writing skills.
- Leadership and student mentoring abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
