Position: Assistant Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Manager Company: Brandman Retail Ltd. Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Role Overview The role is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource functions for a retail organization. The incumbent will handle recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, policy development, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, corporate, and support functions Identify hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions as per defined TAT Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, offer rollout, and joining Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
HR Operations & Payroll Prepare and verify salary sheets to ensure timely and accurate salary processing Manage employee lifecycle including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Statutory & Labour Law Compliance Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and applicable labour laws Maintain statutory records and support audits Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across locations
Policy Development & Implementation Draft, review, and implement new HR policies and SOPs as per business needs Update existing policies in line with organizational growth and legal requirements Communicate policies clearly to employees and stakeholders
Performance Management & Training Review and monitor employee KPI and KRA’s, execute performance management systems and appraisal cycles Coordinate training and development programs for employees Identify skill gaps and support learning initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Drive employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and team initiatives Support culture building and positive work environment
Administration & Office Management Oversee office administration and facilities management Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services Support asset management and general administrative activities
Candidate Profile Prior HR experience in the retail industry is mandatory Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience (Retail preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
