Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Scan to BIM Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in point cloud modeling and BIM workflows. The candidate will be responsible for converting laser scan data into accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert point cloud/laser scan data into BIM models using Revit and related software.
- Develop accurate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
- Create 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and layouts from BIM models.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure modeling accuracy and project delivery.
- Perform quality checks and maintain BIM standards.
- Handle clash detection and model coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in Scan to BIM and point cloud modeling.
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Recap.
- Understanding of construction drawings and BIM standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field.
- BIM certification preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with experience in US/UK/Australian projects is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
