Medical Officer / MBBS Doctor – Mobile Medical Unit (MMU)
Location:
Sira / Thumakur – Karnataka
Qualification:
- MBBS completed
- KMC Registration mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Experience in community healthcare or primary care is an added advantage
Salary:
₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical consultation and treatment in Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) camps
- Diagnose common illnesses and prescribe medicines
- Conduct patient examination and basic health screening
- Maintain patient records and daily reports
- Support health awareness and community outreach activities
- Coordinate with pharmacists, nurses, drivers, and field staff
- Ensure proper use of medical equipment and medicines
- Attend villages as per scheduled MMU route plan
- Follow organizational protocols and reporting systems
Skills Required:
- Basic clinical and diagnostic skills
- Good patient handling and communication
- Ability to work in field/rural areas
- Team coordination and reporting skills
- Knowledge of basic computer/data entry is preferred
Working Days & Timing:
- 6 days working
- Field-based duty in assigned villages
- Timing as per MMU operational schedule
