Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Required SkillsSales & Business Development
- Strong B2B sales and enterprise account management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Tools & Knowledge
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, Technology, or related industries is preferred.
