As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Executive who will play a key role in building our team. This position is heavily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, connecting with people, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and manage job postings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support payroll documentation and HR compliance.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture.
- Assist with performance reviews and probation evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and employee data.
- Prepare regular hiring and HR reports for management.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and employee retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Previous recruitment experience within a BPO or service-based organization is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.
