We are looking for a skilled Interior Design Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our team in Dehradun. This role requires a blend of technical precision and creative visualization. You will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings and high-quality 3D renders that bring our design concepts to life for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Prepare precise 2D technical drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed GFC (Good for Construction) sets (electrical, plumbing, and carpentry details).
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders to help clients visualize the final space.
- Coordination: Translate conceptual sketches into technical realities and coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Revisions: Manage and update drawing sets and 3D models based on design iterations and site requirements.
Requirements & Skills
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp or 3ds Max (3D).
- Rendering: Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape to produce high-quality visual outputs.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior materials, hardware, and construction joinery.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Location: Must be residing in or able to commute daily to our Dehradun office. This is not a remote position.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
