We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, promotional campaigns, order fulfillment coordination, and digital marketing activities, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor product rankings, Buy Box performance, and category visibility.
- Handle catalog management, pricing updates, and product launches.
- Manage customer queries, reviews, ratings, and seller performance metrics.
Shopify Store Management
- Manage and update the Shopify website.
- Upload products, collections, banners, and promotional content.
- Monitor website performance, conversions, and user experience.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for website enhancements.
- Track abandoned carts and implement recovery campaigns.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and sales reports.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace reports.
- Track KPIs such as:
- Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- ACOS/TACOS
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
Marketplace Advertising
- Manage sponsored ads on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Optimize campaigns based on:
- Keywords
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- ACOS
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Meta Ads ResponsibilitiesMeta Advertising Management
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Business Suite.
- Run campaigns across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Set up campaign objectives:
- Traffic
- Engagement
- Leads
- Sales/Conversions
- Remarketing
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with Myntra Partner Portal.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and catalog optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and analytics.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
