Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, guiding customers through the sales process, supporting junior sales executives, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and contributing to branch profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, references, events, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and convert prospects into sales.
- Promote finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories sales.
- Increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
Team Support & Coordination
- Guide and support junior sales executives in daily sales activities.
- Share best practices and sales techniques with the team.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, accessories, and delivery teams.
- Support showroom promotional activities and events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and enquiry tracking.
- Update sales activities in CRM/DMS systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper completion of booking and delivery documentation.
Vehicle Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with PDI, accessories, and delivery teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all vehicle documents are ready before delivery.
- Verify customer satisfaction during vehicle handover.
- Follow up after delivery for feedback and referrals.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 2–5 years of automobile sales experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
