Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience to own and grow our clients’ (and our own) social media presence. You will be responsible for building strong digital narratives, managing content calendars, running campaigns, and turning creative ideas into engaging social content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines
- Write compelling captions, concepts, and content briefs in collaboration with designers and the creative team
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
- Track performance metrics, prepare insightful reports, and suggest data-backed improvements
- Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful online conversations
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and creative formats
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (organic + paid)
- Excellent command over written English and Hindi
- Proven experience in content planning, community management, and basic performance marketing
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics tools (Google Analytics / Meta Insights)
- Understanding of visual design principles and ability to brief designers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple stakeholders
- Based in or willing to work from Surat
Nice to Have
- Experience working with creative agencies, design studios, or lifestyle/fashion brands
- Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy for B2B or personal brands
