MacStore is a leading destination for Apple products and services, specializing in the buying, selling, repair, and support of MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple devices. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Explain products, repair services, exchange offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Schedule appointments for store visits and service requests.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or retail will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Work Location: On-site, Ahmedabad
