Herbal Maza is a fast-growing herbal healthcare company committed to providing high-quality natural and Ayurvedic products. We are looking for a creative, result-oriented professional who can manage our social media presence and run high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
Position: Social Media Manager & Meta Ads SpecialistKey Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Create, manage, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot issues such as ad disapprovals, account restrictions, pixel events, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and conversions through organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Meta Ads updates, and digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to execute successful campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Ability to create, optimize, and troubleshoot ad campaigns.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) are preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or healthcare brands.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing is a plus.
