Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media pages, increase audience engagement, coordinate brand collaborations, and support digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to build relationships with influencers and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Page Handling
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Schedule, publish, and monitor daily content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Content Coordination
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
Collaboration & Influencer Management
- Identify and connect with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
- Coordinate collaboration campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage communication, deliverables, and timelines with collaborators.
- Track collaboration performance and engagement metrics.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture online communities.
- Increase follower engagement through interactive content and campaigns.
- Monitor brand mentions and online reputation.
Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate giveaways, contests, and partnership campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
- Engagement
- Reach
- Follower growth
- Collaboration outcomes
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
