SYRUS MM HOSPITAL
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor health conditions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the physician.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and patient needs.
Qualifications
- ANM, or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in home healthcare, ICU, medical-surgical, or geriatric care is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively.
- Willingness to travel to patient locations.

Duty Timings
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
