Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Social Media Manager who can handle company and client social media accounts, manage the social media team, and attend online client meetings to present our products and services.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of social media marketing strategies and paid advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.Social Media Account Handling
Manage and grow company and client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan content calendars and posting strategies
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
Analyze performance reports and optimize strategy
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
2.Team Management
Lead and supervise Social Media Executives and Ad Operations Team
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Coordinate with content, design, and advertising teams
Ensure timely delivery of client projects
Conduct internal meetings and training sessions
3.Client Meetings & Communication
Attend online client meetings
Explain company services and product offerings
Present marketing strategies and campaign performance reports
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Maintain strong and professional client relationships
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager
Content planning and strategic thinking
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
Prior client handling experience preferred
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency preferred
