Job Purpose
The Relationship Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, driving brokerage revenue, and building long-term client relationships by offering suitable trading and investment solutions. The role contributes directly to business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and cross-selling of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquire new clients for Trading and Demat accounts through active prospecting.
2. Generate revenue through brokerage and investment product sales.
3. Cross-sell equity, derivatives, and advanced brokerage products based on client needs.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Retail and HNI clients.
5. Understand client profiles and recommend appropriate investment/trading solutions. 6. Achieve assigned client acquisition and revenue targets.
7. Maintain accurate client and sales records as per company process.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills (Good to have)
1. Strong understanding of stock market and securities industry.
2. Basic knowledge of equity, derivatives, and investment products
3. Familiarity with sales processes and client acquisition

Qualifications
1. Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
2. Prior experience in stock broking or financial services is an added advantage NISM Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
3. Freshers with strong interest in financial markets.
