About the Company
Shreepad Construction Company is a growing construction and infrastructure company focused on delivering quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, showcase our projects, and build strong engagement with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company branding and business goals
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Create engaging content including project updates, reels, videos, graphics, client testimonials, and construction site highlights
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
- Coordinate with project, marketing, and design teams for content creation
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities in the construction and real estate industry
- Run paid social media campaigns and generate leads for projects/services
- Track analytics, engagement, reach, and campaign performance
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and advertising tools
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Basic understanding of branding, lead generation, and content marketing
- Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or infrastructure industry is preferred

- Strong photography/videography sense for site and project coverage
