Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM activities regularly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tickets and client queries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
