Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an Australian Vehicle Insurance inbound process. This is a non-sales, customer support role focused on assisting customers with insurance-related queries and providing excellent service over calls and email. Candidates must have strong communication skills, prior international BPO experience, and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to Australian vehicle insurance policies.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers via phone and email.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain detailed records and update customer information in internal systems.
- Generate and manage reports using Excel.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Calling BPO (Voice Process).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must have:
- Personal Laptop/Desktop
- Reliable High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi Connection
- Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
Important Note
