Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciliation: Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheets.
- Month/Year-End Close: Lead closing activities, journal entries, and accruals.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices align with GAAP (or local statutory standards) and tax regulations.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external auditors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff or bookkeepers.
- Analysis: Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and assist with forecasting.
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in general accounting, public accounting, or a similar supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
