Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will handle documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Knowledge & Skill:
Education & Professional Certification:
· Any Graduation
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, advance excel, Gmail
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle Printer, Scanner & office equipment.
- Experience in documentation or administrative work
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company records accurately.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, civil, legal and other departments for documentation and updates and printing agreements of reports for the same.
- Handle email communication and internal correspondence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Support the team in administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Handling office equipment’s such as scanners, printers etc.
- Handling entire filing system of records of the organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
