About the Role
NDMIC is looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert prospects into digital marketing clients.
The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have good communication and convincing skills, and be comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and online research.
- Contact business owners and decision-makers to introduce digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Explain services including:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Development
- Google Business Profile / Local SEO
- Content Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with interested prospects.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales.
- Maintain lead and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client meetings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in digital marketing sales, B2B sales, telecalling, business development, or IT sales will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful client conversions.
Working Details
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
