We're Hiring: Student Experience Executive
Are you passionate about creating exceptional student experiences and building meaningful relationships?
We're looking for a Student Experience Executive to join our team and ensure every student has a seamless learning journey—from onboarding to placements.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct stage-wise student follow-up calls
2. Handle student queries and escalations professionally
3. Collect trainer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
4. Manage Google reviews and student satisfaction initiatives
5. Resolve WhatsApp escalations and ensure timely closures
6. Maintain accurate LMS/CRM records and reports
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Experience in Student Support, Student Experience, Customer Success, EdTech, Telecalling, or Relationship Management
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, LMS, and email
