Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Voice Process role in Lucknow. The position involves handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and resolving queries as per the defined process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Provide accurate information and follow the defined process.

- Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant team.
- Follow quality, process, and service guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment.
- Willingness to work as per assigned shift schedules.
Compensation
- In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month
- Night Allowance: ₹1,500, applicable as per company policy.
