Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the footwear manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Lead and guide the sales team to maximize performance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in footwear or related manufacturing industry
- Strong network in footwear wholesale/retail market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of Exports Sales also
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of footwear market trends and distribution channels
- Experience in handling B2B and institutional sales
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
