Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with expertise in AI-driven solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Retail/B2C eCommerce environments. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations while leveraging AI technologies to automate processes, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, Workflows, and Saved Searches.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite, AI platforms, WMS systems, and eCommerce applications.
- Build and optimize solutions across Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Finance modules.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, NLP, and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations using middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Support warehouse automation, inventory synchronization, fulfillment workflows, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, operations, fulfillment, and eCommerce teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security controls, and performance optimizations.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of NetSuite development experience.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations and Generative AI solutions.

- AI API integrations (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
- Strong background in WMS integrations and warehouse operations.
- Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or B2C environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and supply chain workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps and Data Engineering concepts.
- Experience with NetSuite WMS, Smart Count, or third-party WMS solutions.
- Exposure to workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification.
- SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
- AI/ML-related certifications.
