We are looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to join our kitchen team. Candidates with strong experience in bulk cooking, restaurant operations, and team handling are preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality
- Handle bulk production for breakfast, lunch & dinner service
- Supervise kitchen operations and junior staff
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper stock handling and minimum wastage
- Coordinate with service and production teams
- Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in South Indian kitchen
- Experience in bulk cooking is mandatory
- Knowledge of Kerala & Tamil Nadu style dishes preferred
- Ability to manage shifts and kitchen staff
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Immediate joining preferred
