The Digital Process Co-Ordinator (AI & Automation) will be responsible for identifying, simplifying, and improving business processes using digital tools, AI, and automation. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and IT to reduce manual dependency, improve response time, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.
The role focuses on practical AI adoption, internal enablement, and measurable productivity improvements rather than pure research or heavy engineering.
Observe and understand day-to-day workflows across Sales, MIS, Accounts, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Support.
Map existing processes and identify repetitive, manual, delayed, dependency-heavy, or decision-intensive tasks.
Propose simplified, scalable, and automation-ready process improvements using digital tools and AI.
Identify and develop practical AI use cases such as, AI chatbots & internal knowledge assistants, Generative AI for drafting, summarization, and response acceleration, Decision trees and AI-assisted workflows
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA).
Design, test, and refine AI prompts, agents, and workflows aligned with business needs.
Build lightweight automations using no-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Zoho Flow, Google Apps Script, workflow tools).
Build and maintain a centralized Prompt & Use-Case Library, categorized by department and business function.
Work closely with Product and Technical teams to convert product knowledge into structured, AI-readable formats.
Support Sales teams by enabling faster access to application, product, and process knowledge.
Coordinate with Marketing and IT for documentation, data availability, and tool integrations.
Support internal solution discovery discussions to identify pain points and propose tailored AI or automation solutions.
Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, decision trees, and knowledge bases.
Develop custom AI demos, walkthroughs, and internal showcases based on real business use cases.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of content used within AI systems.
1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Excellence, Product Enablement, Digital Transformation, MIS, or Technical Coordination roles.
Demonstrated experience in supporting internal business workflows or solution enablement within a technology-driven environment.
Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions is highly preferred.
Strong process thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to understand complex workflows and simplify them logically.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI chatbots, or AI automation tools.
Comfort working with no-code / low-code platforms and digital tools.
Strong documentation, structuring, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Exposure to Conversational AI, AI automation, knowledge systems, or internal AI agents.
Understanding of B2B / industrial / product-driven environments.
Experience integrating AI into enterprise business workflows.
Awareness of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI usage.
