We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Support HR and administration teams with routine office tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Monday to Friday (or as per company policy)
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹8,597.52 - ₹23,999.27 per month
