Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer from the Jewellery Industry who will be responsible for training and developing Field Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and overall performance of the sales team through structured training programs and continuous guidance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for newly joined and existing Field Sales Executives
- Train the sales team on sales processes, customer handling, product presentation, and market approach
- Provide product knowledge training and guidance on jewellery collections
- Develop and implement training modules to improve sales performance
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions for the sales team
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide improvement guidance
- Support the sales team in improving communication, follow-up, and order-closing skills
- Conduct online and offline training sessions as per business requirements
- Visit different locations along with the sales team for on-ground training and field guidance whenever required
- Must be comfortable with travelling for field visits and training activities
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and performance reports
- Ensure employees follow company standards, sales processes, and reporting systems
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets and improve productivity

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the Jewellery Industry
- Prior experience in sales training and team handling preferred
