Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru (For a Premium Luxury Brand). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue while delivering a high standard of customer service.
This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :-
Customer Engagement & Service
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Ensure a positive and seamless in-store experience.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively promote products to drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Identify opportunities & actively engage with customers for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Contribute to overall store performance and profitability.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
- Effectively communicate product value to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in periodic stock checks.
- Ensure product availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support adherence to store operational standards.
Visual Merchandising
- Assist in maintaining attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established cash handling and billing procedures.
Customer Issue Resolution
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct customer tele-calling activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, if required.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Education:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of retail sales experience
- Minimum 4 years of total work experience
Languages:
- English - Required
- Hindi - Preferred
- Kannada - Preferred
