We are looking for Customer Support Executives for our uber Chat Process. Candidates should possess basic communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally through chat support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with their concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure quality and accuracy while responding to customers.
Requirements
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
