Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop floor operations to ensure smooth production.
- Plan and monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise operators, karigars, and floor staff.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Cutting, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor quality standards and minimize defects and rework.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Track production efficiency and prepare daily production reports.
- Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Train, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and quality.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Operations, Textile, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in shop floor management, preferably in the textile, garment, or saree manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
