Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain loan products and offers
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain customer data and daily calling records
- Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confidence in speaking with customers on calls
- Basic knowledge of loans/finance is a plus
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Ability to achieve daily targets
