About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidding Executive who can generate business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other international B2B portals.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting proposals, handling communication, and converting leads into long-term business relationships, primarily targeting markets like the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, and Oman.

- Generate business through online portals including:
- Upwork
- Freelancer
- Guru
- PeoplePerHour
- Fiverr
- LinkedIn
- Other international freelancing and lead-generation platforms
- Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimations and solutions.
- Generate leads for:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Software Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO/SMO
- UI/UX Design
- AI/Automation Solutions
- Cloud & DevOps Services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients.
- Maintain CRM and daily reporting of bidding activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Upwork and other bidding portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to write customized proposals and cover letters.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management.
- Experience in international client handling.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in handling clients from:
- United Kingdom
- United States
- United Arab Emirates
- Oman
- Basic technical understanding of web/mobile technologies.
- Existing profile ratings or successful project history on portals will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,515.86 - ₹40,970.79 per month
