What a Sales Manager/Regional Sales Head do in inMorphis on day-to-day basis?
Net new business:
- Understanding of inMorphis and its offerings. Keep yourself up-to date on existing and new offerings.

Prospecting: Identification of ‘focused customer list’ along with Inside sales and sales intelligence team.
- Market research
- Build customer’s stakeholder and technology heat map of identified customers.
- Identify and Establish connection with right stakeholders.
- Create account plan and strategy to make customer successful for value selling

Identify customer requirement/pain area/opportunities
- Value and solution selling for digital transformation and standardization.
Achieve sales quotas for the territory on quarterly and yearly basis without any fear

Existing new business:
- Account management with key customers
- Account mining and heat mapping
- Look for diversification opportunities and report intelligence back to sales intelligence team
Do value and solution selling
- Customer relationship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution mindset and good understanding of technology
Understanding of technology
- Identification and prospecting
Strong Network in the territory with CxO level persona
Experience in Handling enterprise grade customer and large size deals
Have done Enterprise grade software sales in last few years
Strong experience in selling enterprise software (Global Indian captives, Indian enterprises, commercial customers)
- Value selling
- Amazing Presentation skill set
- Knowledge of SaaS, Enterprise service management, IT service management, Customer service management, asset management, IT infra management and automation, DevOps
Nice to have knowledge of security operations and network operation
- Understanding of any of the vertical Telco, BFSI, IT/ITes, technology, healthcare and pharma
Added advantage: Previous sales experience of selling any of tools such as BMC, CA, Freshdesk, Symphony Summit, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce etc.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
- Be able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
