We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships within the defense and aerospace sectors. This role is focused on promoting and selling our high-reliability electronic components, including RF cable assemblies, RF connectors,and wire harnesses, to key private and public sector customers. Knowledge of RF products such as filters, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), and power amplifiers would be a significant advantage.
The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for our clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet the stringent requirements of defense-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with key customers in the defense and aerospace ecosystem.
Technical Sales: Act as a technical expert for our product portfolio, including RF cable
assemblies, RF connectors, and wire harnesses. Conduct product demonstrations and
technical presentations to customers.
Market Penetration: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within defense and aerospace organizations.
Customer Access: Leverage existing relationships or demonstrate the ability to establish access to major defense and public sector organizations such as DRDO laboratories, BEL, HAL, BDL, and leading private defense companies.
Bid and Proposal Management: Work closely with the internal engineering and production teams to prepare and submit technical proposals, bids, and quotations.
Market Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Prior sales
experience is not mandatory, but a strong interest and aptitude for technical sales is essential.
Technical Knowledge:
o Essential: Strong electronics background with knowledge of electrical signals, RF
signals, cables, and connectors. Strong willingness to learn.
o Added Advantage: Knowledge of RF products such as filters, Low Noise Amplifiers
(LNAs), and power amplifiers.
Education: Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within public and private defense organizations.
Location: Based in Hyderabad with willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
