customers. Agent-should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential
customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather
information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

Requirements
For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 0months-1 year of
international outbound experience,
Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a
similar role in the Sales Department, fresher’s can also apply
Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
Great interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and
generate potential sales leads.
Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered
and present their benefits. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their
needs.
Record the customers’ personal information accurately in the computer system.
Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Explaining the product and services offered by the company.
