Supply & Fleet Executive – Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Source, onboard, and maintain a reliable network of Driver-Cum-Owners (DCOs) and fleet partners to ensure adequate vehicle availability across all operating locations.
- Allocate DCOs and vehicles efficiently based on trip requirements, client priorities, and operational demand while optimizing fleet utilization.
- Monitor daily fleet operations, including vehicle availability, driver attendance, trip execution, compliance, and timely issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DCOs and fleet partners, ensuring adherence to company standards, documentation, service quality, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with operations and key account teams to address supply gaps, manage peak demand, and maintain 24×7 operational readiness through flexible working hours when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
