Job Details :
Ensuring smooth and easy functioning of finance management.
Preparation of budget, forecasts and cash flows.
Maintain financial ledgers and accounting processes.
Preparation of monthly consolidated profit and loss and balance sheet.
Cash management and treasury duties.
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures.
Maintenance of Book of Accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong working knowledge of Australian and Indian financial sector.
Should have good working knowledge in Quickbooks, Xero and Sage Accounting Software.
Certification in accounting preferrable.
At least 3 years of accounting, Tax and finance experience
Problem solver with attention to detail, and not afraid to make decisions.
Flexibility to work extended hours to meet statutory and business deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Intelligent and sensitive to numbers.
Should be able to work independently.
Good presentation skills.
Must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness.
Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence.
