Job Description:
Planning Labs is hiring a driven and ambitious Business Development & Sales Intern to support client acquisition and revenue growth. This role offers direct exposure to real sales processes, client interactions, and high-impact business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients (India & international markets)
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, cold outreach, and references
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Pitch company services (events, branding, digital marketing)
- Schedule meetings for senior team members
- Assist in proposal creation and presentations
Client Management:
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
- Coordinate internally for smooth communication
- Support in closing deals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or completed graduation (BBA, BMS, Marketing, or related field)
- Candidates interested in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship preferred
Internship Duration:
3 to 6 months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)
Stipend:
₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance Incentives
