Job Summary
DREAM CADD is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Trainer to deliver high-quality training in robotics, embedded systems, automation, and programming. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students through hands-on projects, guiding them in real-world applications, and preparing them for careers in robotics, automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Robotics, Embedded Systems, IoT, and Automation.
- Teach Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other microcontroller-based platforms.
- Train students in programming using C, C++, Python, and robotics-related software.
- Conduct hands-on sessions involving sensors, actuators, motors, robotic arms, and mobile robots.
- Guide students in robotics project development from concept to implementation.
- Explain electronics fundamentals, circuit design, PCB basics, and interfacing techniques.
- Train students on communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
- Develop course materials, presentations, assignments, and laboratory exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
- Mentor students for technical competitions, hackathons, and innovation challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Industrial Automation.
- Maintain robotics laboratory equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student employability.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Embedded Systems, Electronics, and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32, or similar development boards.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Embedded Programming.
- Experience working with sensors, actuators, servo motors, DC motors, and stepper motors.
- Knowledge of IoT platforms, wireless communication, and cloud connectivity.
- Understanding of Robotics Kinematics, Control Systems, and Automation concepts.
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for students with varying skill levels.
