We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 0–2 years of experience to oversee site execution for branded interior projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure designs are executed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out works at project sites and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve site-related issues.
- Verify measurements and prepare site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
- Assist in material inspections, approvals, and installation coordination.
- Review drawings and communicate design intent to execution teams.
- Identify and escalate project risks or delays to the reporting manager.
- Support project handover and snag rectification activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of interior execution and site supervision.
- Understanding ofthe finishes, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
