About FEA
Freedom Employability Academy is a charitable trust that provides FREE education to youth (18+) across North India. Since 2010, over 6 lakh students have enrolled in our one-year program covering English, Digital Literacy, and employability skills. As an FEA Teacher, you will directly shape the lives of 55–60 students every year.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: ₹14,000–₹14,500/month
- Increment to ₹16,500/month from the second cycle (performance-based)
- Bonuses up to ₹22,000 per cycle
- Accommodation allowance: up to ₹3,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Teach 4 classes daily (English & employability skills) in local villages
- Enroll and mobilize 70+ students near your branch
- Complete daily administrative tasks
- Attend residential training at FEA Lucknow Campus, Gahru
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic English communication skills
- Must commit to a full 1-year employment period
- Willing to relocate 20+ km from hometown
- Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler/cycle

Work Details
- 6 days/week | 8 hrs/day (split shift, 6 AM- 8 PM)
- Location assigned by FEA across North India
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
