The Rooted is looking for a Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager to help generate leads for our Emotional Wellness, Functional Nutrition, Corporate Wellness, and Workshop offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Generate leads for consultations, workshops, and corporate wellness programs
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
- Track and report key metrics (Leads, CPL, Conversions)
- Coordinate with the content team for ad creatives
Requirements
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- Understanding of lead generation funnels
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, coaching, or service businesses is a plus

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra
