- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Manage production manpower, shift schedules, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP practices, and safety regulations.
- Minimize production downtime through effective planning and preventive maintenance coordination.
- Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process wastage.
- Maintain production records, batch records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Train and develop production staff to improve operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
