Roles & Responsibilities
- Guard the factory premises and company assets.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify Gate Passes, Delivery Challans, and other documents before allowing material movement.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.
- Conduct routine patrols around the factory premises.
- Ensure factory gates are opened and closed as per company schedule.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and damage to company property.
- Report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities to the HR/Admin department immediately.
- Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation.
- Enforce company rules, safety procedures, and visitor guidelines.
- Coordinate with security guards and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Maintain discipline, alertness, and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and write Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic communication in Tamil or English.
- Experience as a Security Officer, Security Guard, or Watchman in a factory or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of gate control and material movement procedures.
- Good observation and vigilance skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for long hours.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Basic record-keeping and register maintenance skills.
- Ex-servicemen or candidates with industrial security experience will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
